These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of nrtmethod.com and to services, events and other content provided by Eilish O’Boyle, a sole trader based in Ireland and creator of Neurosomatic Rapid Transformation™ (hereinafter referred to as “NRT™ ”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Where you purchase or book a service or event, additional terms relating specifically to that service or event may also apply and will be made available to you before purchase where applicable.

1. About This Website

nrtmethod.com provides information about Eilish O’Boyle, NRT™, NRT™ services, events and related educational and self-development content.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website will be the current version.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

2. About NRT

Neurosomatic Rapid Transformation™ (“NRT™”) is a trauma-friendly, neuroscience-informed method created by Eilish O’Boyle and designed to help resolve subconscious patterns that may contribute to unhelpful emotions, triggers, limiting beliefs, behaviours, fears and phobias.

NRT™ is provided for personal development and self-development purposes.

NRT™ and any information, guidance or content provided by Eilish O’Boyle are not intended to replace medical, psychological or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

3. Individual Results

Everyone is different and individual results vary.

Any testimonials, client experiences, examples or descriptions of results appearing on this website or in other NRT™ content represent the experiences of the individuals concerned. They are not guarantees, promises or representations that you will achieve identical or similar results.

No particular outcome from an NRT™ session, programme, event or other service is guaranteed.

4. NRT Sessions and Services

Information about the format, duration, price and content of individual NRT™ services will be provided on the relevant booking or sales page.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking and for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

Where Eilish considers that an NRT™ service may not be appropriate for an individual, she reserves the right to decline or discontinue the service. Where appropriate, any payment implications will be dealt with in accordance with the terms applicable to that booking and your statutory rights.

Online sessions may be conducted using third-party video conferencing or scheduling services. You are responsible for having an appropriate device, internet connection and private environment from which to participate.

5. Bookings and Payment

Where payment is required, the applicable price will be clearly displayed or communicated before you complete your purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

A booking is not confirmed until any required payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.

Prices are displayed in the currency specified at the point of purchase.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements may vary depending on whether you are purchasing an individual NRT™ session, package, live event, group programme, membership or another service.

The applicable cancellation and refund terms will therefore be provided at the point of purchase or booking where relevant.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove, restrict or override any statutory consumer rights you may have under Irish or applicable EU law.

Where you purchase a service online, any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase will be respected.

Where you specifically request that a service begins during a statutory cancellation period, your cancellation rights may be affected once the service has begun or been fully performed, where permitted by applicable law and where the required consent or acknowledgement has been obtained.

7. Live Events and Group Sessions

Details relating to individual live events and group NRT™ Transformation Sessions, including date, location, price and any event-specific cancellation arrangements, will be provided when booking.

Eilish O’Boyle reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event where necessary, including changes to timing, format, location or delivery method.

If an event is cancelled by Eilish O’Boyle and cannot reasonably be rescheduled or transferred, attendees who have paid for the event will be offered an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law and the terms of that event.

Eilish O’Boyle is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in connection with attending an event except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. NRT Insiders™ and Future Membership Services

NRT Insiders™ is not currently open. If NRT Insiders™ or another subscription or membership service becomes available, its price, billing frequency, cancellation arrangements, access provisions and any additional membership terms will be clearly provided before a person subscribes.

Those specific membership terms will form part of the agreement between the member and Eilish O’Boyle.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of nrtmethod.com and NRT™ materials provided by Eilish O’Boyle are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Eilish O’Boyle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable, written content, training and educational materials, graphics, videos, audio, exercises, processes, frameworks, methods, session materials and other original content.

NRT™, including its associated methods and processes, has been developed by Eilish O’Boyle.

Nothing on this website or provided through an NRT™ service grants you any right to teach, train, certify others in, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit NRT or its proprietary materials.

10. Restrictions on Use

Unless you have received prior written permission from Eilish O’Boyle, you may not:

• copy, reproduce or distribute NRT™ materials or website content other than for ordinary personal use;

• record an NRT™ session, event, training or other protected content;

• publish, upload, transmit or distribute NRT™ materials;

• teach, demonstrate or train others in NRT™ or any proprietary NRT™ process;

• adapt NRT™ materials to create your own training, methodology, programme or commercial product;

• remove copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices; or

• represent yourself as authorised, licensed or certified to practise or teach NRT™ unless you have received that authorisation directly from Eilish O’Boyle.

Unauthorised use of NRT™ intellectual property may result in appropriate action being taken to protect those rights.

11. Personal Use

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, materials provided through NRT™ sessions, events or services are provided to you for your own personal use.

Purchasing a session, programme, event or other service does not transfer ownership of any NRT™ intellectual property to you.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

Information you provide directly to Eilish O’Boyle in connection with an individual NRT™ session will be treated confidentially, subject to applicable law and any circumstances in which disclosure may be legally required.

Where services are provided in a group environment, participants may hear information voluntarily shared by other participants. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others and not disclose personal information shared by another participant outside the group.

However, Eilish O’Boyle cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants in a group setting.

Personal information collected through this website or in connection with services is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.
